REPAIRS

Please enter your repair details below. When sending your repair please include a printed version of the form.
Please print off the repair form and enclose it with the repair.

1. A non-refundable $150.00 diagnostic & quote fee is required before work commences on any repairs.
2. If repairs are below $500.00 the technician will commence work unless the quote required box is ticked Yes.
3. If repairs exceed $500.00 the customer will be notified by email with an estimated quote. Further works will be stopped until we receive permission in writing via return email. The email address is [email protected].
4. If the unit is under warranty a proof of purchase is required before works will commence. Please send this with your goods or via electronic form to [email protected]
5. All Bio Gas service and repairs have to be pre booked at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we have to specialised calibration gas available for the service of these unit.
6. We take no responsibility for damaged goods in transit so ensure you package your item appropriately.
7. Sending items to our PO BOX will delay the repair please send directly to our service centre.
8. Urgent repairs were parts are unavailable may incur overseas freight charges.
